In Binge Reader, open Settings → Kobo, add a device, and copy the one-time private sync URL. Connect the Kobo to a computer, edit .kobo/Kobo/Kobo eReader.conf, replace api_endpoint under [OneStoreServices], safely eject, connect to Wi-Fi, and start a Kobo sync.
Create the device connection
Give the device a recognizable name in Settings → Kobo. Keep the generated URL private: it identifies the paired device and is shown once. If it is lost or exposed, revoke that device and create a new connection.
Change the Kobo endpoint
Connect with a USB data cable and show hidden files if necessary. Open .kobo/Kobo/Kobo eReader.conf. Under [OneStoreServices], replace the single api_endpoint value with the complete Binge Reader URL. Do not add quotes or a second endpoint line.
Run a controlled first sync
Save the file, safely eject, disconnect, and join Wi-Fi. Start Sync on the Kobo. Back in Binge Reader, confirm the device has a recent last-sync time before adding a large collection.

A few things worth asking.
Do I enter my Kobo password in Binge Reader?
No. The private device URL identifies the connection; Binge Reader does not need your Kobo account password.
Does this delete my Kobo account?
No. It changes the endpoint used by native sync. Keep the private URL secure and revoke the device if you want to disconnect it.
