Add your Send-to-Kindle address in Binge Reader, make sure the configured sender is approved in your Amazon personal-document settings, choose an eligible book, and send it by email. Check the Binge Reader delivery result and your Kindle library.
Prepare both email sides
Find the Send-to-Kindle address assigned to your device or app. Amazon accepts personal documents only from approved sender addresses, so add the Binge Reader sender shown in settings before testing delivery.
Send a compatible file
Open the book actions and choose email or Kindle delivery. File type and size limits are controlled by the delivery service, and acceptance by Binge Reader does not guarantee Amazon will accept or download it.
Read the delivery status correctly
Queued means the message has not finished sending. Sent means Binge Reader handed it to the mail provider. Failed needs attention. Even a sent result is not proof the Kindle downloaded the document, so confirm on the device.

A few things worth asking.
Does Kindle reading progress return to Binge Reader?
No. Email delivery sends a document to Kindle; it does not create a return channel for position or highlights.
Why does Binge Reader say sent when the book is missing?
Sent confirms email handoff, not Amazon acceptance or device download. Check approved senders, file limits, your Kindle address, and Amazon notices.
